Here at Allen Lawn Care Service, we specialize in using soft wash systems to improve the longevity of your roof, siding, decking, fencing and concrete.

The term "SOFT WASH" means that we do not put any imposed pressure from powerful pressure washers which can cause damage to your homes delicate finishes. We use low pressure systems that doesn't damage the paint, shingles, siding, decking or fence materials. The only time we use our "pressure" washer, is to clean concrete driveways and around pool areas or areas with hard flat surfaces to ensure there is no damage left to your hard earned assets.
Your roof isn't just dirty it's actually infested.
If your roof is badly stained, in particular on the north side and shaded areas, those stains are actually a type of algae (Gloeocapsa magma) that feeds on the limestone filler that is used to add weight to asphalt shingles.
The algae can eat the limestone filler that holds the protective granules onto the shingles which can lead to the early deterioration of your roofing system. Early deterioration means early roof replacement. Early roof replacement means spending a lot of your hard earned money before you should have.
Like changing the oil in your car, roof cleaning is a maintenance issue that should be performed to help your roofing reach it's full life cycle AND LOOK GOOD TOO!

Most roof manufactures will void your roofs warranty if you have it cleaned by any method other than soft washing.
In fact, soft washing is recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA). Your policy can even be canceled if you don’t get your roof cleaned.
